We had an amazing experience and just closed on our beautiful new home with Ferrell! I “met” Ferrell when I asked some questions on a Scottsdale mom’s group and she responded with great information on activities for our daughter. I first met Farrell when we worked together at our local elementary school as PTO moms. Through the years I watched from afar as she helped buyers and sellers find and sell their homes. Farrell was a life saver for me. In the spring of this year my mom became ill and we had to move her to Illinois to be closer to family. In addition to all of the stress and logistics of her new illness, I had to sell her home in Arizona from my home in Illinois.

If you are like us and prefer the second option, then you must use Farrell to find your forever home. We relocated from Chicago to Phoenix and she did everything in her power to make it as stress free and easy as possible. She was extremely knowledgeable of the Phoenix area and would not let us make a mistake of buying in an area that did not fit our needs. She was willing to work late hours and around our schedule to make sure we seen all the houses on our wish list and the ones she recommended that that we missed. To say we had a challenging sale of our house in IL is an understatement and Farrell went above and beyond keeping our buy in AZ together and lit a fire under the IL home sale group until it was complete. She was able to facilitate a same day close on our IL property and our new AZ home.
